HX10217C-106A is a high-performance GaAs HBT broadband low-noise amplifier chip operating from DC to 6GHz. It features high linear gain, low noise figure, excellent 50Ω input/output matching, and stable performance. This chip adopts backside via grounding and uses a single +5V power supply with low power consumption. With a tiny 0.52×0.52×0.08mm size, it is widely used in microwave receiver front-ends, communication systems, radar, RF test equipment and other high-reliability electronic applications.
