HX10476C-0820/0820M are GaAs MMIC low noise amplifiers covering 0.8-2.0GHz. They feature 31.5dB high gain, 0.4dB ultra-low noise, and ≥11dBm output P1dB. Adopting GaAs EPHEMT technology and back-side via grounding, the chips work at 5V with 29mA quiescent current. Sized 1.70×1.40×0.07mm, they are ideal for microwave receivers, communication systems and high-sensitivity RF modules.
