HX11235C-103A is a GaAs HBT broadband amplifier covering DC to 3GHz. It features 17dB small signal gain, 3.5dB noise figure, and 9.0dBm output P1dB at 3GHz. Powered by 5V with 40mA quiescent current, it uses backside via grounding and requires peripheral components for stable operation.
