HX116791C-1617P80 is a GaN MMIC high power amplifier operating at 16GHz to 17GHz. It features 21dB power gain, 49dBm saturated output power, and 35% power added efficiency. Adopting 0.35μm GaN HEMT process and backside via grounding, it supports pulse and CW modes with 48V drain voltage and -1.8V gate voltage.
