HX116532C-513P25 GaN MMIC High Power Amplifier Chip 5GHz-13GHz
HX116532C-513P25 is a 5GHz-13GHz wideband GaN MMIC high power amplifier supporting pulse and CW modes. In pulse mode, it features up to 21dB power gain, 45dBm saturated output power and 35% PAE. In CW mode, it provides 6dB gain, 30dBm output power and 10% PAE. Adopting 0.25μm GaN HEMT process and backside via grounding, it operates at 28V drain voltage. Sized 3.5×4.2×0.08mm, it is widely used in microwave transceivers and high-power transmitters.
