HX11541C-0103 is a GaAs EPHEMT amplifier chip operating at 120MHz to 300MHz. It features 20.5dB high gain, output 1dB compressed power over 16dBm, and excellent input/output matching. Powered by 5V with 18mA quiescent current, it adopts backside via grounding and requires peripheral bias circuits. Sized 1.53×0.81×0.07mm, it is widely used in microwave receiver front-ends and communication systems.
